   As a new customer my best wishes for your new website and on-line sales success. The prices are certainly attractive :o)

   Having already placed a purchase, just a couple of comments that might help to improve your website…

   1. I have already mentioned in former correspondence that the Shopping Basket did not update on one occasion, requiring me to use the CTRL-R to force a page refresh.

   2. The “About Us” page link goes to a page of product ad’s with no company-specific information, despite being headed “About Us”.

   Just thought that you would appreciate knowing something that stood out for a recent customer ;o)

   Hi Brendan,

   Firstly many apologies for taking so long to get your comment on the site. New comments need approving (it’s a spam thing) and we’ve all been busy. It’s no excuse, and we’ll try to keep on top of the comments in future.

   Yes, we’re aware of this problem and have in fact just put a little fix on the site which hopefully sort that out. If it doesn’t (and we’ll be keeping a close eye on it) then we’ll try something a little more strenuous.

   Once again, this is to do with lack of time. We just need to get around to writing some text for that page. I’ll see if I can get that sorted in the next day or two.
